Mr. Muhammad Ali Ahmed, the representative of Scopsis, recently paid a visit to the Regie’s President and Director General, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, at his office in Hadath.
During the meeting, an overview was provided about the work progress of the collaborative efforts of the two institutions and the pivotal role they play in strengthening the partnership between them.
Scopsis is the company tasked with spearheading the tax stamp initiative that the Regie has recently launched for some of its local products.
This innovative system enables the tracking of a product’s journey and facilitates the identification of its authenticity, thereby combating counterfeit products.
As a token of appreciation, Mr. Muhammad Ali Ahmed also presented a distinguished gift to Eng. Seklaoui, which included the very first tax stamp produced at the inception of the project.
From his side, Seklaoui commended Scopsis for their efforts to make this project a success.
