Regie seizes smuggled and counterfeit products in Zahle and Western Bekaa Districts

The Anti-Trafficking Unit of the Lebanese Regie for Tobacco seized large quantities of smuggled and counterfeit molasses (mu’assal), as well as smuggled cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and Ajami tobacco. These seizures were the result of raids in Majdal Anjar, in the Zahle District, and in Kamid al-Lawz and Jubb Jannin, in the Western Bekaa District.

Seizure reports were filed against the violators and sent to the competent judicial authorities for further action
