The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco convened its eighth annual meeting of senior management at the historic Sursock Palace in Beirut. Moderated by Muhammad Fawaz, director of the consulting company overseeing the implementation of the quality system, the gathering took place within the distinguished walls of the palace, built in 1912 and now revered as a prestigious museum.
The focus of the meeting was on implementing an effective training program designed to refresh the Regie’s strategic objectives and align them with the operational plans of all directorates and departments.
Special attention was given to identifying the basic elements necessary for the development of actionable plans. Attendees included members of the Management Committee, the Government Commissioner, the Financial Controller, as well as directors and heads of departments.
