The Regie’s Anti-Smuggling Bureau Issues 35 Reports between May and August

The Anti-Smuggling bureau affiliated to the Regie announced that its patrols were able to issue 35 reports of regulation breaching during the period between the first of May and the 21st of August.

The Regie said that the total amount of fines resulted from these reports was around LBP 567 million, along with LBP 111 million as value of seized products.

Cases that were not subject to conciliation were referred to the relevant authorities in order to take applicable measurements.
