The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco intensified its efforts to combat smuggling, seizing quantities of counterfeit mu’assal and electronic cigarettes, as a result of raid operations in Dahr al-Ain and Ras Maska in the north.

Reports of arrest of violators have been filed and submitted to the competent judicial authorities for review.
