The Regie Seizes Smuggled and Counterfeit Tobacco Products Across Several Lebanese Regions

 

The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco intensified its anti-smuggling efforts, seizing quantities of smuggled cigarettes, counterfeit mu’assal, cigars and electronic vape cigarettes during raids in the Nabaa, Bourj Hammoud, and Ain Alaq areas. Additionally, a facility for manually forging mu’assal was seized in Sin El Fil. Reports on the arrests of violators have been submitted to the competent judicial authorities for review.
