La Regie Libanaise Des Tabacs Et Tombacs (Regie) continued the organization and conduction of Spring Board workshops aimed at empowering women.
The workshops which are specialized for the daughters of tobacco farmers are similar to others held in previous months in Bekaa, the South and North Lebanon.
In this regard, a workshop was held at the Municipality of Qsaybeh with 21 participants whose ages varied between 18 and 25. The workshop was headed by trainer Lina Shawki and included some interventions by the head of the municipality Zuheir Mahdi, social activist Zeinab Mansour, and the head of the Developmental Services Center in Kfarseer, Zuhad Jaffal.
