The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco continued its efforts to combat smuggling, seizing a factory for counterfeiting mu’assal, during a raid conducted in Bebnin/Akkar. Manufacturing machines were confiscated and a report documenting the arrest of the perpetrator was written for review by the competent judicial authorities.
