The Regie Seizes Smuggled and Counterfeit Tobacco Products in a Number of Lebanese Regions

The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco intensified its efforts to combat smuggling, seizing considerable quantities of counterfeit mu’assal and electronic cigarettes, along with  a warehouse used for storing and selling bags for packing counterfeit mu’assal. These seizures were the result of raids in Sin El Fil, Dekwaneh, and Sayed Hadi Highway. Additionally, a location for counterfeiting mu’assal in Haret Hreik was seized. Arrest reports of violators have been filed for consideration by the competent judicial authorities.
