In some of Southern villages, banners were hang in order to thank the Regie for its efforts to receive 2019 tobacco crops from farmers.
In appreciation of the work of the Regie and the purchasing committee, banners expressed the relief of villagers, farmers, and municipalities toward the successful conclusion of the process. Therefore, the Regie highlights its persistence to preserve tobacco farming, which is a symbol of southern people withstanding the occupation of their land. The Regie draws attention, as well, to its constant effort to stand by and support farmers on agricultural and social levels.
