The Regie Seizes Smuggled and Counterfeit Tobacco Products in Ouza’i and Airport Road

The Regie pursued its efforts to combat smuggling and seized large quantities of smuggled cigarettes, counterfeit and smuggled mu’assal and smuggled electronic cigarettes (vape) as a result of raids conducted in Ouza’i and the Airport Road in the southern suburb.

 

Regie’s President and General Manager, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, met with the raiding teams at the Regie’s headquarters in Hadath and commended their efforts in combating smuggling and counterfeiting.

 

Reports of violators were drawn up and submitted to the competent judicial authorities.
