In the context of its continued efforts to combat smuggling, the Regie seized considerable quantities of smuggled cigarettes, smuggled tumbac, and smuggled and forged mu’assal during raids carried out in Hay El Sellom, Sfeir and Al-Jamous neighborhoods in the south.

 

Reports about the violators were drawn up and submitted to the competent judicial authorities.
