A Specialized Session on General Quality Assurance Organized by MP Technic
A group of employees from the General Management Department at the Regie - Quality Office and Production Directorate, participated in a specialized session on General Quality Assurance organized by Mp Technic.
This session aimed at identifying the key characteristics of cigarettes, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process, documenting non-conforming materials and their proper handling as well as examining imported materials and selecting reliable suppliers.
The training program also covered topics such as warehouse sterilization mechanisms, pest control measures as well as procedures for receiving and handling stakeholders’ complaints.
