The Regie pursued its efforts in combating illicit trade and seized large quantities of smuggled e-cigarettes, counterfeit and smuggled muassal and smuggled cigarettes.

As a result of the raids conducted in both Souk El Ahad in Jirs El Wati and Hamra Beirut, large quantities of counterfeit products were confiscated and reports of violators were drawn up and submitted to the competent judiciary authorities
