The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco continued its efforts to combat smuggling, as it seized large quantities of cigars, smuggled cigarettes, illegal and counterfeit mouassal hookah tobacco.

It was a result of hotels raid operations in Beirut and Tripoli.

Reports were filed against the violators and the appropriate legal authority is reviewing the cases.
