While the farmers have started delivering their tumbac harvest to the Regie, the Chief of tobacco and tumbac farmers Union in Akkar, Mr. Samir Khachfa addressed a message of appreciation to the Regie’s Director General Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, who has kept his promise.
“We address our deep appreciation to the Director General Seklaoui, wishing that all public institutions had followed the model of the Regie that cares for farmers and stands by their side, while providing the national treasury with incomes through the economic cycle that it supervises”, Khachfa said.
